Once a Workshop or Retreat date has been reserved the deposit is non refundable. The date has become unavailable to anyone else. We are a small group and offer very personalized individual services and because of this we have a strict refund policy. If it is an emergency, we will move the deposit to a different date with a 50% charge for change.
Individual Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may send a substitute or may receive a refund according to the following schedule.
15 or more days before the course date: 75% refund
Exceptions to this refund policy: Refunds become unavailable the instant a class is sold out. This is due to the fact that our registration software will begin rejecting all students who attempt to register for a class when the maximum number of students has been accepted.
Cancellation request must be emailed to Roz@estell-louise.com. Do not consider yourself cancelled until you receive a reply from Roz (pronounced Rose).
