Our Founder, Estell-Louise started sharing what she knew and helping others when she was just 14. She says, "For me nothing is more rewarding than to hear someone I have helped say “I am better for the time that I spent with you”. Life Coaching using EFT is allowing her to fulfill this purpose.

For over 30 years Estell-Louise has been helping people improve their health, increase their energy and improve their self-esteem... People become happier, confident, and more productive citizens when they like themselves better.

Adonai Group Inc., offers individuals private (one-to-one) and phone sessions. In addition, both group seminars and workshops are also offered. Teaching clients and workshops students the innovative methods of Emotional Freedom to deal with life’s many challenges, provides them with tools they can use for themselves throughout their lifetime.

While we cannot see every person personally, our program has shown us that the vast majority — an overwhelming 85% — can succeed in reducing or eliminating symptoms and regain a healthy balance at home, in their community and the workforce with one of three versions of our Personal Life Coaching Program.
